All Portend orders are dispatched from the UK.

Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Tracked service.

Free shipping on all UK orders over £150.

Orders under £150: standard shipping rate applied at checkout.

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

At this time we ship to UK addresses only. International shipping will be introduced in a future update — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.
